Shipping Fee

Free shipping is available for orders above USD100.
Order Tracking

Please allow some time for the courier tracking system to update after the tracking number has been issued.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Serene is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, failed delivery, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the shipping provider.
If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will assist in checking the shipment status where possible.
