Return & Exchange Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and opened accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is an issue with your item.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Earrings
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or worn accessories
- Items damaged due to improper care
- Items without original packaging
- Items reported after 3 days of delivery

Damaged or Wrong Item

Once we receive your request, we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided for approved cases where a replacement or exchange is not available.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item sent by Serene.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Jewelry Care Reminder

To keep your accessories beautiful, avoid contact with water, perfume, lotion, sweat, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry place when not in use.

Serene is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
